3 Bridges Yoga is dedicated to serving our community by making yoga accessible and successful for all.
3 Bridges Yoga is an accessible, welcoming and non assuming yoga studio for every level of yoga practice. We’re based on principles of vinyasa yoga, meaning breath linked with movement, and incorporate elements from other yoga styles. Students can expect a physical practice that can help lose weight, heal pain, reduce tension and calm the mind and body.
The studio is located at 185 High Street on the corner of Deer Street in Portsmouth New Hampshire. There are classes offered daily for all levels of experience. Students will practice in a comfortable, clean and safe environment in a first floor, sunny and open studio. We also have a studio in Durham New Hampshire at 37 Main Street.
